Acacia Medical is an Australian owned family business established in 1995,
dedicated to supplying quality equipment and services to the Hospital, Aged Care,
Disability Support and associated industries.
Acacia Medical has been providing solutions in Aged Care and Rehabilitation for
over 29 years and work closely with therapists and health professionals to ensure
that products are tailored to meet client requirements.
Being independent means that our customers always come first. Acacia Medical
stock a wide variety of carefully selected products that have been chosen for their
quality and reliability including solutions in areas of Mobility, Pressure Care, Personal
Care and Disposables and Clinical Consumables, Fall Protection and Daily Living.
With a vast network of manufacturers, importers and suppliers, we are able to
maintain up-to-date product knowledge, market direction and innovation within the
healthcare sector.
We also have an extensive range of Hire Equipment available including Bariatric
products. We hire of equipment from mobility and toileting aids through to complete
homecare solutions, short term full to long term and hire-to buy.
Acacia Medical’s core customer base covers the mid and north coast regions of
NSW through to the Queensland border and the north-western areas of the state.
Our high stock levels ensure immediate dispatch and delivery.
Acacia Medical operates a full-service department with qualified technical staff who
are able to provide in-house and on-site servicing and testing to ensure products are
maintained to meet healthcare and WHS requirements. Developing and monitoring
Preventative Maintenance Programs is our line of expertise providing our clients with
a superior, reliable service for continued peace of mind.

NDIS and DVA clients can be invoiced to plan managers. - Do I need to book an appointment to visit the Showroom?
No, feel free to drop in anytime. If you would prefer to have an appointment, we are more than happy to organise this for you.
- Does Acacia deliver equipment?
Local orders received before 12pm are delivered on the same day. Acacia has regular delivery trips covering the New England Northwest and Upper Hunter regions stretching and covering the Mid and Far north Coast Areas. Deliveries outside of these regions will be made by an outsourced transport company.
- Can I hire/trial equipment?Yes, please call the office on 1800 805 536 for further information.Trials of equipment are often organised through the local Occupational Therapy services.
- Do you sell Sleep Apnea equipment?
